Hand-built in the 1970s and lovingly updated, it blends the warmth of a country retreat with the easy rhythm of surf-town living.

Days here begin with fresh sea air and end with sunsets on the deck, laughter around the long table, and the distant sound of the surf.

Every corner of Skippers reflects a love for simplicity, space, and connection — from the large kitchen, dining and lounge areas to the outdoor hot tub, L-shaped lounge, and trampoline in the garden. Whether you’re here to surf, explore, or simply slow down, Skippers is a place to unwind, reconnect, and create timeless memories.

Bedroom 1 – King Master: Spacious front bedroom with garden and paddock views.
Bedroom 2 & 3 – Queen Rooms: Quiet, sunny rooms overlooking the gum trees and veggie garden.
Bedroom 4 – Large Bunk Room: Two sets of bunks, peaceful and private with views of the southern garden.
Bedroom 5 – The Sunrise Room: East-facing with one set of bunks (optional extra bed available); perfect for kids or extra guests.

The home includes a large bathroom with a deep soaking bathtub, a separate toilet, and an outdoor hot and cold shower for washing off after the beach.

Hand-built by local craftsman Johannes Willemsen in the 1970s, Skippers has hosted generations of family memories. Purchased and restored in 2018, it remains a beloved coastal classic — relaxed, comfortable, and full of character.
